Wow, what a beauty this house is, designed by the architects Ana Rocha and Michel Tombal! It reminds me so much of the house shape most of us used to draw when we were children, but with a playful twist. The clean lines, the simplicity, the light, it's basic but oh so pretty.

With the intention of cleaing up, I was going through a huge stack of papers: images and pages torn from magazines, newspapers, flyers and business cards - things I like and love and 'need to do something with'. The above image was in that pile too, no idea what it was for anymore. After some browsing I found out it was taken by Dutch photographer Arjan Benning. There's something about it that makes me keep looking at it...
